End Of An Era

Its unfortunate to start the year with bad news but tonight, my Nan died, my last living grandparent. A time for sadness and a time for relief, now that her suffering has ended.
I can't imagine what my Mum must be feeling like, losing your parent must come close to losing your child. Im not going to say much, and just take comfort in the fact that her pain and struggle for life has ended, she had just had enough.
